Indication:

Multi-axial neck of humerus locking plate indicated for fractures and fracture dislocations, osteotomies and nonunions of the proximal humerus, particularly for patients with osteopenic bone.

Used for Φ4.0 locking screw, Φ3.5 cortex screw and Φ4.0 cancellous screw, matched with 4.0 series orthopedic instrument set

The titanium bone plate manufactured by our company is designed according to the PRINCIPLE of AO internal fixation, ISO5836 standard and relevant national or industrial standards. The screw pass of titanium bone plate is designed with common pass and threaded pass respectively. Straight and anatomic titanium plates were designed for the head according to the anatomical structure of the bone.

Titanium locking bone plate available in titanium, Orthopedics Locking Plates, known as Locking Compression Plates also, is a combination of the locking screw technology and the conventional plating techniques. The Orthopedic Locking Plates are produced in various sizes. Plates as well as screws are included in them. The locking screw system makes the plate fixation very resistant to failure, for the screw does not pullout, nor does it get loose. 

Locking bone plates are manufactured by unalloyed titanium which complies with ISO5832-2 or GB/T 13810-2007. Therefore, their biocompatibility is better.MRI and CT can be performed after operation. Special supporting tools are provided, making the product easy to use, safe and reliable. The combination holes consisting of threaded holes and compression holes on the locking plate can be used for locking and compression, which is convenient for the doctor to choose. The limited contact between bone plate and bone reduces the destruction of periosteal blood supply.

Titanium bone plates as orthopedic implants are provided for medical institutions, and are intended to treat the fracture sites of patients under general anesthesia by trained or experienced doctors in the operation room complying with environmental requirements.

The internal fixation implants shall be checked carefully before use, and not used immediately in the case of deformation and scratches. Analyze the fracture type according to the X-ray film of the fracture site, formulate the surgical method, and select the appropriate type and specification of titanium bone plate. Titanium bone plates are usually removed within 2 years after fracture healing.
