Jiangsu Shuangyang Medical Instrument Co., Ltd was founded in 2001, Shuangyang Medical is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province，covers an area of 18,000 ㎡ , including a floor area of over 15,000 ㎡ . Its registered capital reaches 20 million Yuan. which is specialized in product research, design and manufacturing of orthopedic implant instruments. As the leader in orthopedic implants and instruments manufacturing, ShuangYang Medical has been successfully supplying to 1000+ clients in 120+ countries for over 20 years thanks to extensive know-how and expertise. We adhere to the ‘people-oriented, integrity first, continuous innovation, the pursuit of excellence,’ the concept of guarding human health!
Titanium and titanium alloys are our raw materials. We perform strict quality control, and select domestic and international famous brands, such as Baoti and ZAPP, as our raw material suppliers. Meanwhile, we are equipped with world class production equipment and devices including machining center, slitting lathe, CNC milling machine, and ultrasonic cleaner, etc., as well as precise measuring implements including universal tester, electronic torsion tester and digital projector, etc. Thanks to a sophisticated management system, we have acquired ISO9001: 2015 Certificate of Quality Management System, ISO13485:2016 Certificate of Quality Management System for Medical Devices, and CE certificate of TUV. We are also the first to pass the inspection according to the Enforcement Regulation (Pilot) for Implantable Medical Devices of Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices organized by the National Bureau in 2007.

The Slitting Center

In the slitting center, we have introduced in spindle traveling tuming-milling compound processing machine tools imported from Swiss or Japan. The slitting machine tool designed by TORNOS of Swiss has six independent mobile modules. Compared to machinetools with three modules in the market, it is able to produce more sophisticated parts. As a good cooperative relationship with TORNOS, a brand established more than 135 years ago, has been built for years, we use a complete set of Swiss processing crafts and tools. Thanks to our high precision hardware, parallel control mode and 12 independent spindles, DECO series machine tools can process sophisticated parts reliably in a shorter time period. The S206 machine tool featuring high precision, high speed and high rigidity comes from Tsugami, a Japanese manufacturer founded in 1937. Equipped with the most advanced FANUC 31i system, a super-speed and high-frequency power head anda European milling cutter holder, this machine tool leaves its competitors far behind. It makes part manufacturing more efficient. We are also able to deal with complicated tum milling parts thanks to our top turn milling compound CAM software.

The Machining Center

The machining center has introduced in DMU50Ecoline five-axis machining center designed by DMG, a leading German manufacturer of machine tools in the world. It boasts of a13KW driving power, 24m/min rapid traverse speed, preciseand efficient indexable workbench, and flexible tool loading& unloading. Even highly complicated workpieces can be handled easily as the 30 cutters are all designed with high capacity memories, efficient processors, and good compafbility.The machining center has shown its superior functionality inimproving production efficiency and reducing costs. In consideration of product diversity, equipment with different functions is introduced in for different products and technologies.For instance, the MIKRON machining center imported originally from Swiss is suitable for processing featuring small cutters,high rotation speed and high precision. Besides, the VTC series machining center imported from LGMAZAK, a Japanese manufacturer, has strong rigidity. It is tailored for grinding apparatus and products with large cutting amounts. While for craniomaxillofacial products, we have purchased a drilling & millingcenter from DUOSAN of Korea. This device greatly enhanced processing efficiency thanks to its rapid traverse speed of 60m/min and a simple tool changing structure. To ensure a fluent workflow, the work site is also equipped with GH-43 automatic knife grinder from Taiwan and UNO-115 tool auto-checking instrument from DMG of Germany.
